By accessing or using JustRun (the “App” and website), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
JustRun is an informational directory that helps you search, filter, and bookmark publicly available running events. We do not host events, sell tickets, process payments, or provide training advice.
Links to race organizers’ sites are provided for convenience. Any registration, payment, or participation is a contract between you and the organizer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any organizer or event listed.
Event details (dates, distances, locations, prices, entry limits, or cancellation policies) can change without notice. Always confirm directly with the organizer before making travel or registration decisions.
The App does not provide training plans, health recommendations, or medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions about training or participation in any event.
Current data practices: The App does not require you to create an account and does not collect or store your personal data for normal use. We do not track you across sites, run ads, or sell data.
If you contact us: When you email us, we process your name, email, and message solely to respond, then retain it only as long as needed to handle the inquiry.
Technical logs: Basic, ephemeral server logs (e.g., IP address, browser/device type, error diagnostics) may be processed to secure and operate the service; they are not used to profile you.
Data controller: JustRun (contact details below) is the controller for UK GDPR and EU GDPR purposes.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of any personal data we hold about you, and you may object to processing where applicable. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (e.g., the ICO in the UK or your EU supervisory authority).
The App is for personal, non-commercial use. You must not misuse the service (including scraping, bulk downloading, security testing, or unlawful activity) or attempt to interfere with its operation.
JustRun is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustRun and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the preceding 12 months (currently £0/€0 as the App is free).
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of event data displayed.
We may update these terms. We will post the new version with an updated date. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised terms.
